Welcome to the San Francisco Community Fishing Association’s home on the Web (sfcfa.com).
The SFCFA is the first community fishing association on the West coast, established in 2010. Our members are working men and women fishermen who’s family-owned boats call San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf, home. Our members work sustainable fisheries bringing in many different species including: Dungeness crab, salmon, herring, tuna, black cod, and others.
We offload our member’s boats and sell their catch to range of customers. Our customers are wholesale fish processors, restaurants, grocery stores, and fish cooperatives. In the near future, we will be operating a retail store at Fisherman’s Wharf to sell our catch directly to Bay Area consumers.
Explore our web site to learn more about who we are, why we are here, and how we work to protect the public trust resources that live in San Francisco Bay and the Pacific ocean.
